Lead Overhead Door Technician – Edmonton

We’re looking for a Lead Overhead Door Technician in Edmonton who’s ready to take the next step — someone who takes pride in their work, cares about doing the job right, and wants to lead by example.
What You’ll Do
Lead commercial overhead door and dock equipment service, repair, and installation jobs
Mentor and support apprentices and technicians in the field
Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers to ensure great service and accurate documentation
Maintain safety, quality, and efficiency on every project
What You Bring
5+ years of hands-on experience with commercial overhead doors, operators, and dock systems
The ability to diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and control issues
A valid driver’s license and clean abstract
A strong work ethic, reliability, and a desire to work with a team that values communication and respect
Experience leading or mentoring others is a strong asset
