Qualifications:
5+ years of commercial/industrial door technician experience preferred
Experience servicing, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing overhead doors
High-speed door experience strongly preferred
Experience with dock equipment and dock levelers
Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Ability to assess service issues and develop effective solutions in the field
Ability to work independently and take ownership of service calls
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, “figure it out and get it done” mentality
Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects (up to 75 pounds)
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Excellent communication and customer-service skills
Valid driver’s license
Willingness to travel as business and project needs require
Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
Ability to meet customer/project site-access requirements, including required drug screening
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Growth Opportunity:
GNB Doors is continuing to build and expand its service operations throughout Texas. Experienced technicians will have opportunities to grow within the Doors Division, including advancement into Lead Technician positions, independent service-truck assignments, traveling technician opportunities, and future field-service leadership roles as the division expands.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday
On-call rotation
Overtime
Travel opportunities as needed
Experience:
Commercial/Industrial Door Service: 10 years preferred
High-Speed Door Service & Troubleshooting: Preferred
